Non-Disclosure Agreement to be signed before starting 2025 L’Oréal Luxe Half Year Meeting. To be able to collect your non-disclosure agreement, L'Oréal will have access to the following data: your last name, first name and email address.

During the 2025 L’Oréal Luxe Half Year Meeting, the Participant will have access to information and know-how regarding the L’Oréal group, its new launch, products, operations and all related activities. The Information is, whatever the medium, confidential.

The Participant undertakes any necessary measures to keep strictly confidential the Information and not to disclose the Information to anyone. Also, the Participant undertakes not to make photos, videos or records during the presentations.

The Participant acknowledges that any disclosure of the Information, even a partial disclosure, without the express written permission of L’Oréal, to third parties, would cause an important prejudice to L’Oréal. 

The Participant is agreeing to keep this information confidential and understands that they are responsible for any harm caused if they break this agreement.

By attending the meeting, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms of this confidentiality undertaking/non-disclosure agreement.
