Our One L’Oréal Nordic 2025 event is taking place at two different historical venues:

DAY 2: Øksnehallen

For colleagues working in Denmark, we kindly ask you to arrange for your own transportation. You can find directions below.

May 6th, 2025 - K.B. Hallen

S-Train
The S-train station K.B. Hallen is on Line F which serves Hellerup to Ny Ellebjerg.

Metro
The closest Metro Station is Flintholm, from which Line F transports you to K.B. Hallen in a few minutes.

Bus
Line 9A stops at Sønderjyllands Allé, 200 meters from K.B. Hallen.

Private Transport
Bike
From Copenhagen Town Square/Vesterbro it takes approx. 15 minutes by bike and 25 min. from Østerbro. There are 500 bike parking spaces in front of K.B. Hallen.

Car
There is a limited number of parking spaces by K.B. Hallen and at Peter Bangs Vej. Thus we recommend you to use another private or public transportation form, as main traffic in Copenhagen can be very high.

From the Airport to K.B. Hallen 
Buses will take you from the airport to K.B. Hallen.
Find the buses at the parking area P8 / P arrival, right outside the arrival hall at Terminal 3.

From K.B. Hallen to Hotels 
Buses will be available to take you from K.B. Hallen to your hotel during the break from 17:00-19:00. Pick-up will be at 17:10, and the return trip will be at 18:30. Shuttle busses will be available between 22:00-01:00.

May 7th, 2025 - Øksnehallen

The S-train and Metro station are just 50m from Øksnehallen, located near Copenhagen Central Station. It's only a short walk from the station to the vibrant Kødbyen, where Øksnehallen is locateed.

Lines 5A, 11 and 2A stop at Copenhagen Central Station, just a few meters from Øksnehallen.

Bike
The location is centrally located in Copenhagen Vesterbro, making it quick to reach by bike. There are plenty of bike parking spaces available.

Buses will take you from Øksnehallen to Copenhagen Airport. Pick-up from Øksnehallen is at 15:00.
